Unable to get line cancelled

Struggled since February to cancel line. I have spent hours waiting on the phone and multiple times were cut off. I have been informed it is getting escalated to be resolved but with no resolve. I have tried their online chat after trying twice unable to get cancellation resolved. I have tried their call me back option with no returned call. Now they have even blacklisted me and affecting my credit rating.
