Unable to get hold of Telkom sales

I am trying to get hold of Telkom Business. I dialled 10213 they tell me to call 10217. I dialled 10217 they asked to me call 10213. The option for business gets cut off every time I call or it tells me I have reached some random cellphone number and that I need not leave a message MTN will call me back. Can somebody please call me I need to urgently purchase an LTE product
