Unable to get hold of a sales representative

I've been trying for two weeks to get hold of a sales representative for Telkom. I have used the online contact us method almost daily, no result. I have to call with a cellphone and stay on hold for ages until I have to hang up because I can't afford to stay on hold and I need to get back to work. I do not have a Telkom line, that is what I am trying to buy from Telkom, so calls are not free. <br> <br> Suggestion: Have a direct online form for users to apply for a product/service.
