Unable to get assistance with viewing balances on the App

I called about 5 times (10210) - I was sent from technical (3 times) to sales (2 times) - all I wanted was assistance to log onto the app and check my usage and balances.

What an inept attempt by all consultants I spoke to.

I could not even log a fault online. Errors all the way.
