Unable to get an ADSL router....anywhere

<p>I have had amazing service from the technical support guys so didn't think twice about needing to take my ADSL router in for a warranty repair, until I was told we have no stock! After being persistent I was advised maybe next week, which is the same as saying next year, then a grudging... maybe Friday which was almost definitely a lie. When I asked if other stores had stock (this was Northgate) I was fobbed off, he might be able to phone around but probably not! I phoned customer care and they advised me to phone the store manager, 30 minutes of non stop dialing the number on the website, no one had bothered to answer! I could go to Incredible Connection and fork out 2k for one.......so I am very unimpressed! I live on a plot with no cell signal, I require connection and am paying for a service it seems Telkom is unable to supply! How do I get one of theses rare routers tommorrow, not maybe next week, tommorrow, without spending 2 hours phoning stores or even worse driving from store to store ?</p>
