Unable to get a copy of my Mobile Contract

I have been struggling for over an hour to get a copy of my cellphone contract and i still does not have it. Customer care sends me to Sales, Sales sends me to Billing, Billing says no it's Sales.... so nobody knows where my Sales contract is? Why does Telkom not email you the sales contract ones it is concluded, every other company does that? Now i must go into to the Telkom shop to get my sales contract WHICH I DID ONLINE !!!??? How could this not been sorted over the phone? RIDICULOUS !!!
