Unable to fix my line and terrible comunication
<p>My line got disconnected due to Telkom technical issues 4 day ago and no one seems to be able to fix it. The Chat service is shocking and the only thing they can do is add remarks in the system that goes nowhere. I've been disconnected, promised and **** to. I'm very dissapointed and frustrated as I use my line to also connect to the Internet that is everything for me because I work from home. No one sems to care.. my line is still dead and no one contacted me as yet to tell me what is going on.</p>
I was previously informed by the technitian that my line was ******...that the contractors working for telkom disconnect other lines to get the "job done" so they can get paid and other people have to lose their line.... well this happened to me again !!!! I need this sorted out as soon as possible because I work from home! My Phone and Internet are dead again.
