Unable to do a simple SIM swap

I'm very disappointed at this service provider, I've been to Telkom Jabulani Mall and Maponya Mall every day from there 1st of November till today I'm not being help.how can the SIM swap system not be available for more than a week, they only thing you get is rudeness from there consultants.its been A weekend this is totally unacceptable I'm losing out on business, school and personal life because I'm currently not reachable.will Telkom reimburse for my losses?can this be sorted out ASAP please no excuses.
