Unable to deliver on advertised promise

In May 2015 Telkom advertised a futurehood deal where you get a free DSTV explora decoder. I app**** the service was done on the 13 June. Since then I cannot get any answer as to when this explora will be honoured. All the shops in CT dont know what to do. Every single one has no stock nor have they received any for this promotion. At Bayside I have spoken to Rashied Williams.<br> Furthermore, I have been interacting with Telkom on Facebook. For over a month now I have been getting the same answer i.e. a query has been logged with Customer care and someone will call you. A MONTH SERIOUSLY YOU CANT CONTACT OR SORT OUT IN A MONTH.<br> <br> This is false avertising and I am lodging a complaint with ASA. Its unacceptable customer service.
