Unable to contact Telkom

I'm trying to follow up on a Telkom line which has became unserviceable after a lightning strike, fault reported about a week ago. I've tried calling the 10210 number SEVERAL times, followed the prompts and while holding on for a long time to speak an operator the call(s) are just cut-off by Telkom. I've also tried their website which at first only displayed the following message in my browser 'This page can't be displayed' - meaning the site is not available and again after several attempts eventually ended up on a page that said that the application/service is not available, undergoing maintenance.... <br> <br> So how are we supposed to get in touch with this 'market leader' (in terrible service)?
