Unable to connect through the internet

Telkom must be the worst service provider ever. Since 9am I couldn’t connect through the internet I spoke to 2 call centre consultant they took time through same process without results I called for the 3rd time their consultant are not available and I should wait for the next day… that time I’ve assignments to submit before before 23:00 and honestly can’t find help at this time
