Unable to connect telkom line

First of all George doesn't show for appointments I had take off work as per their request, he doesn't pitch up or has the decency to phone you. Then when he does pitch up he informs my neighbour that sorry the cable has been ****** and we are never putting a new cable in to connect your Telkom lines. The neighbour opposite the road has a Telkom line but he cant connect from their line. Very bad service I will definitely cancel the contract I never had and the fact that it takes them 3 weeks to connect is even worse service. Contact me Telkom when you can provide the service you brag about when you apply for the line.
