Unable to close account or get refunds

I cancelled my account beginning of August, giving 30 days notice as required by my contract. They cut off my line immediately, but still proceeded to bill me again middle of August and again end of August. I keep on paying for a service that I'm not receiving. I called the call centre several times. They log calls. I get SMS saying the matter is resolved, only to be billed again.

They are useless! Do not do business with them!
