Unable to change ownership of line, worst service in the world

<p>Unable to change ownership of telkom line people in shop is unable tand unwilling to help... This is the worst service I've received in my life been to the store multiple times and this has taken months of my time. No one knows who can help me... Can someone who is competent in English as a spoken language please assist me with this as I'm concerned that my line will be softlocked or the previous owner will stop payments before the ownership is changed. </p>
