Unable to cancel Wimax account
Unbelieveable but I am unable to cancel my wimax account. Even supplying a valid account number with invoice they cannot find the account details.<br> <br> Last time I tried to cancel an account I was on hold for literally hours and shoved from pillar to post. Seems same problem again.
