Unable to cancel voice line

<p>I've been trying to get my voice line cancelled for over 5 months. Telkom shops can't seem to help and there is no response from the cancellation service email they provide. Looks like I'm going to have to change bank accounts just to stop paying for a service they can't seem to cancel.</p>
