Unable to cancel Telkom services

I have now attempted on 6 different occasions to cancel some of my Telkom services - without any success.

Neither the Telkom Store nor the 10210 call centre are able to assist and referred me to the Cancellations department. This department ********** and ********** however cannot be contacted telephonically and also don't respond to any emails. The cancellation documentation was submitted several weeks ago and resubmitted several times since then - again without success.

I believe that it is ********* for a service provider to lock in a customer by making it impossible for the customer to change or cancel their services in a fair, just and reasonable manner.
