Unable to cancel Telkom Mobile contract

Hi, I'm waiting for almost 2 months for Telkom mobile to cancel my contract. Ive filled in the cancellation forms. Call centre cant put me into contact with the cancellations department. Its so frustrating. Terrible terrible service !!!!!!

Please provide me with the banking details and reference number to use on my proof of payment.

Also , if you can confirm the amount to be paid.

I did not receive an email with all these details.
