Unable to cancel Telkom line
I have a friend who is trying to cancel the landline of a family member who died. They are mailing ********** A message comes back saying host smtp.telkom.co.za [165.143.155.37] SMTP error from remote mail server after RCPT ********** 550 #5.1.0 Address rejected.
He phoned them and they said that their mailbox is full!!!
Can someone please assist with an alternative email address.
