Unable to cancel Telkom fix line

Please indicate how must I cancel my Telkom fix line service as the normal procedure followed do not allow me to cancel my Telkom fix line services. I did visit my local Telkom store to cancel the service and have emailed the proof of cancellation to your cancellation department which did acknowledge that they have received my request and that the service will be cancelled end of March. <br> <br> My service is still not cancelled and your customer service center today told me that they are not aware of any cancellation requests... ***!!!!! I WILL NOT PAY FOR ANY CHARGES THAT occurred during APRIL!!!!<br> <br> Telkom do know how to **** off their customers... I WILL NEVER USE YOUR SERVICE AGAIN!!!
