UNABLE TO CANCEL TELKOM FIBER LINE

It is basically impossible to cancel you fibre account with them. The emails with cancellation forms don't get procecceed, hell their emails don't even work. Keep on talking to a different person every time, the can call back, they cant email. USELESS!!!
