Unable to cancel service, still being billed

<p>I have been trying to get my Telkom 15gb wifi service cancelled for 4 months to no avail, my paperwork is either "not received" or seems to "go missing". And those are the only two responses I have received about of the 7 attempts to cancel my service</p>
