Unable to cancel order; waited 20+ minutes on the phone

After waiting nearly 6 weeks for my line to be installed (with no contact regarding the installation), I decided to cancel the order.

Today I spent over 20 minutes on hold waiting to speak to someone. It doesn't even tell you what number you are in the queue. Pathetic.

I will be going with a fixed wireless connection instead, from a company who can actually be contacted.
