Unable to Cancel My Telkom Line Rental

Trying to cancel my Telkom line and being held hostage by Telkom. There apparently is a glitch in their system that is not allowing me to cancel. They have escalated it but my correspondence is now being ignored by their consultant, Simamkele Sampras Dondashe.

Its wrong that I cannot cancel my account and I am still being charged monthly for the line rental that I have tried to cancel.

As always dealing with Telkom is an absolute pain. Their inefficiency and incompetency really makes them undeserving of being in business.
