unable to cancel my telkom business mobile contract
<p>why is it that telkom is the only company that you cannot call and cancel a line. You have to send an email with soo much of supporting documents. i have sent all the necessary paperwork about 6 weeks ago and to date i havent heard anything from telkom, i cant call to follwo up and im basically stuck with no where to turn. please can someone at telkom help</p>
thanks i await ur feedback, you have not answered my quesiton regarding the cancelling of lines, why cant this be done over the phone like ebvery other company in the world. when u sign up cleints why can we do this over the phone but to cancel we have to send an email to a box that no one responds to
