Unable to cancel my month to month contract with Telkom

I have canceled my bradband sim 2 month ago and still this has not beeen finalized. They still deduct money from my account and to date not even one call from an agent explaining why a month to month contract cannot be stopped with immediate immediate affect. The services is a joke, with poor reception. I have received several messages that my request has ben finalized but they still deduct from my account.
