Unable to cancel my debit order

As always they just keep making you run around. I have been trying for the last two weeks to cancel my debit order as I prefer making an eft or cash payment. I have phoned the call centre who told me to go to a telkom store to do it. The telkom store tells me that I must phone the call centre as they are unable to do anything
