UNABLE TO CANCEL MY ACCOUNT

hi Telkom please take this message as my notice to you to cancel my account : ********** 52 , I tried to cancel on your website but it didn't work ,I went physically to Telkom but they refused to cancel and told me to go back to the website , im done trying!
