Unable to cancel LTE contract

I am unable to cancel my LTE package. I have tried doing this online, with no success. I have phoned the call centre numerous times, still no success. Telkom is busy *****ING my money every month. I DO NOT WANT TO BE YOUR CUSTOMER ANYMORE!!! I have never in my life seen such pathetic service ever. It's outstanding that this company still exists.
