UNABLE TO CANCEL LINE

<p>I have followed your steps(email form with copy of ID to your email address to cancel residentail lines) and procedures to the letter, you have received more than the required notification days to cancel my line. I have even paid my last Invoice for a full months wasted service that I do not want nor need anymore. CANCEL MY LINE TODAY!!!!</p>
