Unable to cancel line

I have been trying to cancel my telkom for a month now without any luck. I have been into the store where my details have been taken. I was called back and told it couldn't be sorted out immediately. When I try to call the people whose details I have been given then they do not answer their phones. If you call the telkom call centre you have to wait for an age to get an operator. <br> <br> Shocking service.
