Unable to cancel for 5 months now.

<p>I have been trying to cancel my telkom land line for since 26/09/2016</p> <p> </p> <p>I have mailed the service cancellation email... about 20 times</p> <p>I have gone into a store... and they submitted a "retentions" escalation" to cancel... </p> <p> </p> <p>and yet I still received another bill today...</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>absolutely shocking service.</p> <p> </p>
