unable to cancel EXPIRED CONTRACT from TELKOM

I have been struggling to get an expired cell phone contract cancelled from 8-ta for 6 months now and I<br> keep on getting billed for something that has been inactive for 9 months now and every time I query about this<br> no one gets back to me and I'm still being billed. Not even the complaints department has gotten back to me<br> after laying various complaints! I am fed up with this an I will be advising everyone I know not to use Telkom<br> ever because of the bad/ lack of service from their side. I even want to cancel my Telkom Landline because if this is any indication of how they deal with clients then I don't want to support them at all!!!
