Unable to cancel contract

We have had a debit order run from our business account for a wifi router that we do not have, I have tried for 2 months to cancel this and to no avail - I have tried calling Facebook Chat and numerous E-Mails and no one reverts or tries to contact us.

Absolutely terrible service
