Unable to cancel Contract

Please take this as the official letter to not renew my contract since everytime I call to cancel my contract I get left listening to a robot and when sobody awnsers they have to tranfer me to the retention depatment even tho the robot said im contacting the retention department which clearly does not exist. I get called every day about my contract renewal and everyday I say I want to cancel the conctract but get told I must call the retention department. So please accept this as my formal letter to not renew if the contract gets renewd or an amount gets debited from my bank account at the end of the month I will be forced to go to the NCC.
