Unable to cancel contract

I've been trying to cancel my services with telkom for almost 2 months now. The call centres say that they don't handle cancellations and that you have to email a cancellation form to ********** But no one has come back to me yet. Just received an automated response telling me that someone will contact me.

Hows that for business tactics. Put all your resources on sales and none of them on cancellations. Such shady practices.

Do not get a contract at telkom. Their month to month contracts is worth nothing as they do not cancel your contracts.
