Unable to cancel contract

<p>I have been trying to cancel my mobile contract with Telkom, since last year October to no avail. They refuse to cancel my contract and I am given no reason. I have been making countless calls to them cancelling and have sent them my cancellation form, but they keep on sending me statements and no cancellation is done because the debit orders continue to go off on my account.</p>
