Unable to Cancel any services!!!!!!

I have cancelled a Telkom line 8 years ago after I moved. Low and behold they are still charging me for this damn line and do you think I can get it cancelled. Still I am unable to cancel the line!!!!!! So I will take legal action and sue Telkom for the 8 years I continued to pay on this line!!!!!!!
