Unable to cancel an old contract

@TelkomZA i have tried multiple times through various methods to cancel my account nr: ********** 22 cell nr: ********** 630. I cancelled online, went into a shop a few months ago and filled in a cancellation request twice where Telkom assured me it’ll be cancelled Still debits go off. I have phoned and tried everything.
