Unable or unwilling to respond and in my opinion billing too much

Sorry, the websites states that the company is responding - it is not - it is just asking for basic informations and that is registered by the system - I still wait for a responce for my 8 June comment with the title "Is Telkom *****ing or unable to do Math or what is the problem" beside being ask for the billing number.
