Un outhorized debit order and threatening of service cancelation

I have a huge problem with Telkom, the debit order bounced and i got a message that i have to pay 389 and i went to pnp and use the payfast/easy pay method and that was on the 12th of March.

Again on the 14th am getting a notification that R778 has been deducted on my account and now am getting threats from telkom this is nonsense ive paid already and what am i supposed to do now?

To pay R778 that i dint even agree with telkom?
