Un motivated poorly trained Telekom staff. Shame on you.

This was the second time I requested a call back from Telkom regarding verry poor internet connection at my workplace. Both opperators droped the call and never phoned back,making me think that the call was dropped on purpose. It seems impossible to report my bad signal problem.
