UN HAPPY CUSTOMER

I am not happy with Telkom, I don't even feel that the deserve the 1 star. The sales people are not being honest. they want to just take the money. I was sold the Wi-Fi with the impression that its a month to month. I am now owing R5013.90. which comes from where??. because this was not a contract. they made me to join and i was told my monthly instalment will be below 500 only month end when i got the bill it was above 650. they just sent me a message that they handed over to NUDEBT. I WANT THAT TO BE REMOVERD FROM MY PROFILE AS I HAVE BEEN SAYING TO THE PEOPLE THAT BEEN CALLING ME. I WILL GO AND OPEN THE CASE OF *****. SUCH A BIG COMPANY BUT ITS DIS-HONEST TO ITS COSTOMERS. I AM REALL NOT HAPPY
