Un Authorized debit orders from Telkom

Telkom is deducting debit orders from my account since October 2018 and I am not even a telkom client! They even handed the account over to their Debt recovery agency, Nu Debt Management because I have reversed the debit orders. Yesterday morning Telkom deducted a debit order again! I reversed it immediately. Not Telkom or Nu Debt responded to my emails with my no authority debits. My case number with the South African Police is 563/1/2019. My so called account number with Telkom is ********** 33. I got this number from the debt recovery company. This is ***** and I want this resolved. I've never been a customer of Telkom
