Un authorised debit orders

<p>Telkom has been taking debit orders off my mum's account whenever they feel like it</p> <p>she is now going to stop the debit order and pay via EFT because she cannot budget </p> <p>everytime we phone we get a different story and extreme stupidity on the side of most of the staff we have dealt with, they have no idea what is happening </p> <p>currenlty also trying to sort out another issue with Telkom to no avail </p>
