Un authorised debit order and **** service

I am being debited by telkom for amounts not authorised for amount of R2300 and R1008 I called telkom account they don't know about theses accounts as my bill is R800 every month I don't know what to do frustrated but holding up call my bank they reversing monthly and I'm paying for reversal charges telkom is the worst company I have dealt with in terms of service
