*****ulent? sims added to my Telkom account.

Getting 8ta orders for mobile sims/numbers added to my Telkom account. Someone is adding it to my account. No me. I have registered the first one in October 2023 at Telkom ***** department and never got any feedback. The ***** department was in apathy. I had the sim cancelled. Since then it happened twice again. Recently on the 22th of May 2025. What is happening? Is someone using my ID *****ulently to RICA prepaid sims? If so how can that be? How can the proof of residential address for instance be correct? Can someone from Telkom that deals with type of matters get back to me? I have tried talking to Telkom operators in the past but it was a losing battle. Thank you!!
