*****ulent sales department

I am absolutely appalled at the level of ******** service received! I was called by a sales agent in November insisting my initial contract ends in December and is due for a black Friday upgrade. I asked the sales agent 3 times if I would be debited for both contracts in Dec, he said no! The last debit of R139 will be in November and thereafter it'll be a R99 debit only! I was debited for both contracts last month which I reversed! I come into the store and they tell me I have 2 active contracts on my name. This month I was debited R420 for a penalty as well. I am absolutely disgusted. Of your sales agents are lying to customers to reach targets why are the customers paying for penalties! I've had an existing contract for 5 years and not once was a debit missed - I get **** to by a sales agent and I pay the penalty?!?!?! I am appalled, you guys have just lost a very loyal customer! And get my damn number off your sales agents list!!! One lying and *****ulent department makes the entire entity look like **** because no one is able to help thereafter!!!! Disgusting service!
