*****ulent Company - Telecom 1023

I received a call from a consultant on the 14 November 2023 who advised that he was from Telkom and need to update my company information. He advised a form will be emailed, I must complete and forward back to him. When i asked him if he was calling from Telkom, he said yes and that the service is free. The consultants from Telecom 1023 harass us small business owners for the forms to be completed. Upon readying the form did I notice that there is a fee of R14400.00 yearly. When Nkanyiso called me I asked him about the fee to which he said that this fee will only apply if we choose another option. I threatened to report him and he never called back. This is a ****. Do not complete the forms. We need someone to assist and investigate this company. There are many small businesses that are being targeting by this company.
