An sms that reads. '' Notice of adverse Listing : Mr/S Tsela, NCA Regulation 19(4), default on your Telkom acc ***. Call Nudebt, ***" dated 18-10-2024 time 13:29.
Same date 18-10-2024 I contacted Telkom I was enlightened that my account is in order.
18-10-2024 I further contacted NuDebt and gave the reference I was asked questions which does not even relate to my Telkom account.
18-10-2024 Later same day I contacted Telkom. This time around I was told my account is in order. That the sms I received was truly sent by collections department. However adequate business reasons were not provided what trigerred the collections department to sent me a recoded message in Telkoms books. I have an amount of R1770 payable by no later than 31 October 2024 and this to the best of my knowledge has always been the way of paying my account since December 2022. The message received 18-10-2024 was supposed to have been sent all the months from December 2022 and not only on the month of October.
Therefore I find that a Telkom employee 1. Processed the request for no business reasons 2. Where business reason does not exist 3. Manipulation of information and data 4. Went into my profile for nk business reasons. 5.failure to protect clients information.

I do not owe anybody anything. A person cannot just pitch up and say I owe them R1770. Telkom has never suspended my services and I don't have any outstanding money that has not been paid on my contracts since inception.
Therefore the action is ******** and for nk business reasons. Whoever processed this must be fired.
